The FAR Center for Contemporary Arts is the wedding venue you hoped to find. Historic yet modern, spacious yet intimate, and with the versatility to make your vision come to life. Located on the west end of the downtown Arts District, in Bloomington, Indiana. Our team is passionate about making your big day seamless and memorable.
FAR has four functional spaces, connected by an open atrium, bar, and kitchenette. Our theater seats up to 150 guests, with a portable stage and two twelve-foot garage doors that open to the street. Rent the garden for extra outdoor space, the gallery for cocktail hour, and the library as a bridal dressing room.

Your out-of-town guests won’t have to worry about driving, parking, or Ubering in an unfamiliar city. When your wedding day comes to a close, celebrate your first night out on the town as a married couple, with an entourage of your closest friends and family.
